PURPOSE(S):
Serves as a training record for, `Participation and Assignment Within the Reserve Components;' used by supervisory personnel to determine eligibility for promotion or reassignment.

SAFEGUARDS:
Records are accessed by custodian of the record system and by person(s) responsible for servicing the record system in performance of their official duties who are properly screened and cleared for need-to-know. Records are stored in safes.
RETENTION AND DISPOSAL:
Retained in office files for two years after the individual completes or discontinues a training course, then retired to Washington National Records Center, Washington DC 20409, and, after 28 additional years, they are then destroyed by tearing into pieces, shredding, pulping, macerating, or burning.
