Paper records in file cabinets.

RETRIEVABILITY:

By applicant name and permit number.

SAFEGUARDS:

Records are maintained in areas accessible only to authorized personnel having official need therefor.

RETENTION AND DISPOSAL:

Reservoir permits are destroyed 1 year following expiration of permit.
